- Clear value proposition and unique selling points
- Operational plan and timeline, including capital and resources
- Marketing, go to market, business development and sales strategy
- Financial projections, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts
- Competitive Landscape, and what is your competitive advantage?
- Technology and Infrastructure management
3. Financials (For Existing Businesses):
- If you have an existing business, please include the latest financial statements and performance data from the previous fiscal year
- Demonstrate the financial stability and growth potential of your business
